What is a B2B lead?

Cold email outreach, or email outreach, is the most widely used form of contact in B2B business transactions. The traditional way to do email outreach is to manually send cold emails, or emails to people who have not been contacted beforehand. This method is effective but, unfortunately, slow and random.

Is our email outreach mass emailing?
No, it is not. We do not promote bulk emailing in cold outreach, as it is ineffective and unethical marketing method. Each of our cold email is sent on a 1-to-1 basis, meaning the delivery is personal and individualized. We use automation and scheduling in the emailing process, but the actual delivery is always 1-to-1.
Why is a separate domain acquired for the service?
Our system requires its domain environment to function correctly. We make customizations to the DNS settings of a specially acquired domain that would not be possible or secure on your primary domain. Our landing pages are also installed on the new domain. The new domain allows for independent customization, optimization, and use, streamlining the process. If our cooperation ends, we will either remove the domain from use or transfer the domain ownership to your desired domain registrar.
Can we use the Email Outreach email system without Growthland’s monthly service?
While we recommend that we handle the monthly usage and optimization work of the email system, we also offer pure system building services as a project work if the customer wishes. In this case, we will build a ready-to-use system for you and provide training on its use. We charge $2000 for such a project. The service is invoiced at the start of the project. Ask about this possibility during your scheduled discovery call.
Can we use our own contact lists?
Yes, you can. Our Email Outreach system works well for both reaching out to new executives and the individuals you already have in your CRM. When using your own lists, make sure they comply with GDPR regulations.
What are the terms for terminating the partnership agreement?
Our collaborations are on a month-to-month basis and can be terminated at any time with a 30-day notice. The termination notice must be made in writing, such as by email to your Growthland contact person.
